We're seeking a People Engagement Business Partner to help us deliver an exceptional employee experience, support operational excellence, and enable strategic HR outcomes across the organisation. In this role, you'll partner closely with Senior People Engagement Business Partners to deliver best-practice people processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. From onboarding and policy implementation to reporting and strategic project work, your contributions will help lay the foundation for a high-performing, engaged workforce. You'll play a key role in enhancing how we support our teams, drive operational efficiency, and improve the overall employee experience.

Collaboration will be second nature, and your ability to get results—without losing sight of the people behind the process—will be essential in helping the wider People Engagement team thrive.

How You'll Make a Difference:

n

n
- Own and manage end-to-end onboarding, including pre-employment checks, system setup, and inductions.
n
- Support HR initiatives and change projects, assisting with planning, execution, and tracking.
n
- Provide administrative support on employee and industrial relations matters, including EA-related documentation.
n
- Help embed HR policies and processes, ensuring consistency and compliance across all levels.
n
- Collaborate on streamlining HR systems and automating workflows where possible.
n
- Deliver HR reporting and dashboards using tools like Power BI and JotForm.
n
- Maintain HR systems, templates, and knowledge hubs to enhance team and organisational capability.
n
- Support internal communications, stakeholder engagement, and new ways of working across HR.
n

What You'll bring to the Team:

n

n
- 3–5 years' experience in HR administration, coordination, or generalist support.




n
- Background in construction, manufacturing, or similar blue-collar environments highly regarded.
n
- Experience with HRIS systems such as HiBob, Docusign, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI.
n
- Robust attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication with confident stakeholder engagement.
n
- Comfortable working with change, ambiguity, and digital tools (e.g. OneDrive, JotForm, SharePoint).
n
- A proactive mindset and ability to work independently while collaborating within a team.
n
- A formal qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
n
