About the Role

n

As a Barista / Café All-Rounder, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the café.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare consistently excellent espresso-based coffee.
n
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
n
- Take customer orders and process POS transactions.
n
- Prepare and serve food and beverages.
n
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
n
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
n
- Restock displays and monitor inventory levels.
n
- Support the kitchen and front-of-house team when required.
n




- Ensure the café is presented to a high standard at all times.
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Supervisor/ Barista in a busy café.
n
- Ability to produce high-quality coffee consistently during peak periods.
n
- Experience with latte art.
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
n
- A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
n
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends if required.
n
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
n
