About the Role

n

As a New Homes Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for customers looking to embark on a home building journey. You will guide them through the entire process, from initial enquiry through to contract, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

This role is based out of our Mittagong Office and soon to be open Display Home in Ashbourne Estate . Weekend availability is required for this role. We understand the importance of work-life balance and are open to discussing your specific needs and creating a mutually agreeable roster.

Key Responsibilities

- Proactively generate and manage leads from our display homes and other sources.
n
- Conduct thorough customer consultations to understand their needs and aspirations.
n
- Present and explain our range of home designs and customisation options.
n
- Prepare accurate and detailed quotations and contracts.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,



ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

- Network with land developers and agents.
n
- Maintain accurate records and utilise our CRM system effectively.
n

About You

n

New Home Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior experience as a New Homes Consultant or in a similar role within the new home building industry is an advantage.

n

Passionate & Enthusiastic: You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help customers build their dream homes.

n

Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding them through the sales process. Having a history of consistent prospecting, networking and lead generation is highly desirable.

n

Excellent Communicator: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with customers and colleagues.

n

Proactive & Outgoing: You're a self-starter with a friendly and approachable personality, as well qualified attitude.

n

Organised & Detail-Oriented: You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.

n

Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable using CRM systems, and various online tools.
