Job Description

JD Sports Australia is seeking a strategic Head of HR to lead People Relations and People Operations across our Retail network and Distribution Centre. You'll partner with senior leaders to drive performance, compliance and people capability.

You will champion Dayforce HRIS, design scalable ER processes, and build a high‐performing HR team across multi‐site operations, with a focus on wellbeing, safety and engagement.
