Imports Operation & Customer Services Officer

Wiseway Logistics (WWG) is an ASX listed fast growing international freight forwarding company. We are a licensed customs broker with custom bonded warehouses with eight offices Australia wide, and international footprint in New Zealand, China, Singapore, and USA.

Due to expansion in workload, we are seeking an Imports Operation & Customer Services Officer to join our Imports team in Sydney on a full-time basis. Your role will predominately be working in our expanding e-Commerce sector where you'll be given coaching in our industry leading IT software.

n

You will be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing, compiling, and processing all import documentation, including assisting with customs and quarantine paperwork.
n
- Communicating with transnational clients to organise effective and on-time freight transportation.
n
- Managing client enquiries and handling customer feedback/complaints in a timely manner
n




- Co-coordinating with clients and internal staff
n
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner and in accordance with Company policy and compliance obligations
n
- Follow procedures and communicate effectively with internal and external team.
n
- Ad-hoc tasks as required by management.
n

The successful candidate will have the following:

n

n
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Imports coordinator or operator.
n
- Cargowise knowledge (Preferred).
n
- Logistics or freight forwarding knowledge & experience (Advantageous).
n
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and sustain client relations.
n
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
n
- Accurate and fast data entry skills.
n
- Good organisational skills.
n
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage.
n
