The Opportunity

N and F Medical Services Pty Ltd is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our team in Belconnen, ACT. As a Practice Nurse, you will be an integral part of our primary healthcare practice team, providing comprehensive nursing care to our diverse patient population. This is a full-time or part-time opportunity to contribute to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in our community.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments, triage, and provide appropriate nursing interventions
n
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and other treatments as per clinician orders
n
- Assist with minor procedures and coordinate patient referrals
n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
n
- Support the practice's clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives
n
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
n
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training
n

What We're Looking For

n

n




- Registered Nurse with a current AHPRA registration
n
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a general practice or primary healthcare setting
n
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies
n
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
n
- Versatile and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
