ReGroup are looking for a skilledHSE Advisorto join our team. This role combines both Corporate and Operational responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys a diverse and hands-on work environment. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, supporting HSE systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, site safety systems, and project procedures
n
- Perform routine safety inspections, hazard observations, and risk assessments
n
- Lead or support incident investigations and recommend corrective actions.
n
- Undertake internal HSE audits and attend client HSE meetings
n
- Prepare, maintain, and communicate HSE reports, records, and project documentation
n
- Contribute to the development and implementation of project-specific HSE procedures and work instructions and internal communication tools
n
- Liaise with clients, auditors, inspectors, and other stakeholders to support HSE outcomes
n
- Build positive working relationships with project personnel to promote safety awareness
n

Technical Skills & Experience

n

n
- Proficient inMyosh(advanced configuration and workflow design experience highly regarded)
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, standards, and compliance requirements
n
- Experience in incident investigation, corrective action development, and risk management
n
- Proficiency in developing HSE Management systems,



including facilitation of internal HSE training
n
- Competence in HSE auditing, reporting, document control, and data analysis
n
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders on safety matters.
n

What you will bring

n

- Formal HSEqualifications (minimum Cert IV in OHS)
n
- Previous experience in aHSErole for a minimum of 3 years
n
- Experience in high-risk transport industriesis highly desirable
n
- Exposure to safety culture initiatives or continuous improvement programs is an advantage
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with site teams, Project Managers, and senior leadership
n
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in data
n
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and prioritise multiple tasks
n
