About the Role

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Barista All-Rounder to join our busy café in Brookvale, NSW. If you're passionate about great coffee, enjoy working in a quick-paced environment, and pride yourself on excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Prepare high-quality coffee and beverages.
n
- Deliver friendly, efficient customer service.
n
- Operate and maintain café equipment.
n
- Take orders and process POS transactions.
n
- Assist with food preparation and general café duties.
n
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety and hygiene standards.
n
- Assist with stock control and café opening/closing procedures.
n




- Work collaboratively with the team during busy service periods.
n

About You

n

n
- Minimum 2 years' barista experience in a busy café.
n
- Strong coffee-making skills and attention to detail.
n
- Friendly, reliable and able to work well under pressure.
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
n
- Flexible availability, including weekends.
n
