Job Description

Cairns Harbourside Hotel is restructuring its Food & Beverage department and is looking for an enthusiastic supervisor to lead our team across the restaurant, bar, room service, conferencing and events. This hands-on leadership role focuses on afternoon shifts with flexibility across service periods.

You will engage guests, take orders, manage service flow, and mentor junior staff while upholding presentation, hygiene and safety standards in a tropical Cairns setting.
