ABC College Cabramatta is seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Chemistry Teacher to join our experienced teaching team.

For more than 20 years, ABC College has supported students in the local community through structured lessons, high-quality learning materials and personalised academic guidance.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Teach Chemistry to secondary school students, including HSC-level classes.
n
- Explain complex scientific concepts clearly and accurately.
n
- Prepare and deliver engaging, well-structured lessons.
n
- Assist students with examination techniques and problem-solving skills.
n
- Mark student work and provide constructive feedback.
n
- Maintain a positive, focused and supportive classroom environment.
n

Essential Requirements

n

n
- Robust knowledge of the NSW Chemistry syllabus.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science,



Chemistry or Education.
n
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
n
- Reliability, professionalism and a genuine interest in student improvement.
n
- A current Working with Children Check.
n

n

Previous teaching or tutoring experience is highly regarded. University students completing a relevant degree may also be considered if they possess strong Chemistry knowledge and teaching ability.
