A truly HR Generalist experience within a growing, dynamic & innovative company in the SE Suburbs working with a wonderful team!

Seeking:
n
Exceptional HR Graduate, in early stages of career, with 1 - 2 years experience in a generalist HR role looking to deepen their generalist and advisory experience with a goal to one day grow their knowledge and experience into a specialisation.
n
Exceptional HR Graduates with no experience are also encouraged to apply.
n
Experienced HR candidate with a Safety and HR Qualification.
n
Education:
n
Human Resource Management Degree with a Science / Engineering Degree or Qualification; or
n
Science Degree with a Human Resource Management Qualification; or
n
Engineering Degree with a Human Resource Management Qualification
n

An astute and hands-on HR professional looking to work for a dynamic, growing, and purpose-driven organisation with a passion for people, process, and continual learning. If you enjoy assisting and supporting managers at an administrative and operational level across all facets of HR and have worked in a rapid-paced industrial, manufacturing, FMCG, food, or pharmaceutical environment, this could be just the right role for you.

Market-leading remuneration and negotiable on experience

1-2 years in a Generalist HR Role with experience in Recruitment

Must have:

PR, AU or NZ Citizenship
n
Own Car and Australian Drivers Licence
n
Ability to work full-time on-site with occasional after-hours work and travel to another site
n
