A well-established 113-bed Residential Aged Care home neasr to Fairfieldis seeking an experienced and clinically capable Facility Manager to join the team during an exciting period of growth and continuous improvement.

About the Role

n

As the operational leader of a 113-bed residential aged care home, you will lead, mentor and oversee all aspects of clinical and operational performance.

n

This role combines clinical governance, operational leadership, workforce development and continuous quality improvement within a well‐supported leadership structure.

n

Reporting alongside two Clinical Care Coordinators, each supported by a dedicated Registered Nurse, you will provide the clinical leadership and mentoring required to develop the team while ensuring strong resident outcomes and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the day‐to‐day operations of a 113-bed Residential Aged Care home
n
- Mentor and develop two Clinical Care Coordinators and their clinical teams
n
- Drive clinical governance,



quality improvement and accreditation outcomes
n
- Analyse operational and clinical data to develop continuous improvement plans
n
- Manage budgets, occupancy, workforce performance and financial outcomes
n
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams
n
- Lead compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and legislative requirements
n
- Foster a culture of accountability, ownership and resident‐centred care
n

About You

n

You are a proactive, clinically capable and highly accountable leader who genuinely enjoys developing people and improving services.

n

You will also bring:

n

n
- Previous experience as a Facility Manager within Residential Aged Care
n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Confidence leading accreditation visits, audits and quality improvement initiatives
n
- Experience managing operational performance, budgets and workforce planning
n
- Strong ability to interpret clinical and operational data and translate it into continuous improvement strategies
n
- Experience within Residential Aged Care
n
