Factory / Process Workers & Packers - Food Manufacturing

We are seeking several experienced Process Workers, Factory Hands & Packers to join our busy food manufacturing clients located in the Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne. The roles will involve working as an integral part of a team on rapid-paced production lines, performing a range of duties including packing, labelling, quality checking, blending/mixing and general cleaning work. These roles suit applicants with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on duties and can perform in fast-paced production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Operate production machinery and equipment safely
n
- Perform assembly, packing, sorting, blending/mixing and general labouring tasks
n
- Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines and instructions
n




- Maintain a clean and organised work area
n
- Assist with manual handling and general factory duties as required
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Previous factory, labouring or process work experience, preferably within food, pharmaceutical or therapeutic goods manufacturing
n
- Must be able to lift up to 20kg consistently
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
- Own reliable transport, as well as a valid Driver's licence
n
- Own PPE gear (safety boots, hi-vis, etc.)
n
