For Purpose Aged Care Australia is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations across South East Victoria. You will oversee preventative and reactive tasks, mentor Maintenance Officers, manage CapEx projects and support current home handovers.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong contractor management, safety and compliance knowledge, and the ability to travel between sites.
