In this role, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties and play a key role in shaping leasing strategies and tenant relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of office, retail, and industrial properties

- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental returns

- Source and secure recent tenants through targeted marketing and networking
n
- Negotiate lease agreements and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial terms

- Conduct property inspections and identify opportunities for value enhancement

- Maintain strong tenant relationships and resolve issues promptly

- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to promote vacancies

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes

Requirements:

- Experience in commercial or residential leasing

- A desire to succeed, learn and grow within a team of professionals

- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Hold an Agent's Representative Certificate
