About the Position

n

Current opportunity exists carpenter for residential housing projects.

n

Duties

n

To undertake, as and when required, joinery work associated with major and minor new construction work.

n

To undertake all joinery work as necessary in the maintenance of flooring, roofing, skirting and ceilings.

n





To construct as and when required cupboards, shelving, fencing, carcassing, simple formwork and pitched erection of roof trusses and flat roofing construction etc

n

Requirements

n

Previous hands on experience in the maintenance / building preferred

n

Hold a high level of professionalism when dealing with customers

n

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

n

High standard of finish with 100% customer satisfaction

n

Compliance with OH&S; requirements

n

Driver's License and White Card

n

Unrestricted right to work in Australia
