Join a well-established WA furniture and homewares retailer currently investing in a major digital transformation across Shopify, CRM, and inventory systems. This is a rare opportunity to take true ownership of the ecommerce channel and directly shape its future growth.

This is not a coordination role. You'll be responsible for building, improving, and optimising the online experience while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

The Opportunity

n

Reporting into the leadership team, you will own the day-to-day performance of the ecommerce platform, ensuring the website is commercially strong, product information is accurate, and customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience.

n

You'll be responsible for turning the website into a high-performing sales channel through data, merchandising, optimisation, and continuous improvement.

n

Key responsibilities

n

- Drive website performance including conversion rate, revenue growth, and customer experience improvements
n
- Manage Shopify product setup, merchandising, and site structure
n
- Optimise onsite search, navigation, and product discovery
n
- Lead SEO initiatives across a large, complex product catalogue
n
- Maintain accurate and fully optimised product data
n
- Ensure inventory accuracy between Retail Express (Rex) and Shopify
n
- Manage checkout experience including shipping rules and payment functionality
n
- Execute CRM campaigns and automated journeys through Klaviyo
n




- Monitor daily trading performance and report on key ecommerce metrics
n
- Coordinate external developers to deliver ongoing site improvements
n
- Manage a Virtual Assistant supporting product uploads and data maintenance
n

About you

n

You're a commercially minded ecommerce professional who enjoys ownership, problem solving, and improving how online retail performs.

n

You're comfortable working across systems, data, and customer experience, and thrive in fast-paced retail environments.

n

You Will Bring

n

n
- 3+ years' experience in an Ecommerce Manager or similar hands-on role
n
- Strong Shopify experience (product management, merchandising, optimisation)
n
- Experience working with large product catalogues
n
- Strong SEO and technical SEO knowledge
n
- Excellent analytical skills (GA4, Shopify Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets)
n
- Experience with POS-to-online integrations (Retail Express / Rex highly regarded)
n

Highly regarded but not essential

- Klaviyo experience
n
- Google Merchant Centre and product feed management
n
- Matrixify or similar bulk product tools
n
- Furniture, homewares, or high-SKU retail experience
n
- Omnichannel retail experience
