Job Description

NSW Health is seeking an Associate Director to drive system-wide Aboriginal strategy, reform and transformation with a focus on cultural capability. You will lead executive initiatives, embed Aboriginal governance and ensure accountability in healthcare delivery across the district.

You will shape governance, lead complex reform and collaborate with Aboriginal communities and senior leaders to embed equity and cultural safety in service delivery across NSW Health.
