Job Description

This position will entail complete responsibility for the Trade Drive thru and Yard business.

n

The role

n

n
- Driving the trade business, sales and profit margins, contributing to the overall running and success of the business
n
- Meeting and exceeding all sales targets and KPIs of the business
n




- Oversee the complete operations of the inventory management, merchandising, stock ordering, and store presentation
n
- Training and Development
n
- Rostering and performance management
n

n

Ideally you will have or be

n

n
- Prior experience in the Building & Trade sector
n
- A focus for safety and compliance with regulatory requirements
n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a store /assistant store manager role
n
- A passion for the hardware and building products
n
