What We're Looking For:

n

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Warm and professional communication skills
n
- Strong understanding of child safety and active supervision
n
- Reliable, team-oriented,



and willing to contribute positively to the room
n
- Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
n

Your Role in the Toddler Room:

- Supporting children's wellbeing, learning, and emotional security
n
- Building respectful and responsive relationships with children and families
n
- Contributing to a clean, organised, and engaging learning workplace
n
- Participating in observations, reflections, and daily program discussions
n
- Working collaboratively with the room leader and wider team
n
