Job Description
We have been making an impression since 1903 — making us Australia's oldest signage company. From our Sunshine West facility we design, fabricate, install and maintain signage for some of the country's best-known brands, covering everything from illuminated pylon signs and shopfronts through to large-format architectural and retail projects.
n
Our workshop is the heart of the business. We are looking for a skilled Fabricator / Welder to join our production team.
n
About the role
n
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will fabricate signage components and structures from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum — working from shop drawings through to a finished product ready for paint, powder coat and installation.

n
- Prepare completed work for surface finishing and dispatch
n
- Carry out quality checks against specification before sign-off
n
- Maintain a clean, protected and organised work area and comply with all WHS requirements
n
n
About you
n
n
- Proven MIG and TIG welding ability, particularly on aluminum
n
- Confident reading and working directly from technical drawings
n
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finish quality — signage is a visual product and welds are often seen
n
- Reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working both autonomously and as part of a small team
n
- Full working rights in Australia
n
n
Highly regarded
n
n
- Previous experience in signage, sheet metal or architectural metal fabrication
n
- Forklift license, EWP (yellow card) and/or Construction Induction (White) Card

n
n
What's on offer
n
n
- Full time, ongoing position with a stable, long-established Australian business
n
- $80,000 – $90,000 + superannuation, based on experience and trade qualification
n
