Due to our growing portfolio of commercial, residential landscape and natural resource projects, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Leading Hand who will supervise a number of our maintenance projects and lead our horticultural maintenance teams to maintain the natural spaces we create.

n

Your role will be to work with our Maintenance Manager to supervise our on-site teams on various maintenance projects.

n

The role

n

Site Supervision of our maintenance teams to deliver well-maintained natural resource sites in accordance with contract obligations.

n





Uphold a high standard of Safety across all of our sites, ensure all HSEQ documentation is required in accordance with our ISO accredited HSEQ systems.

n

Lead and mentor our maintenance teams, imparting horticulture knowledge and techniques to help develop our people.

n

Manage procurement processes, monitor programs for handover, and coordinate regular maintenance on equipment.

n

About you

n

Qualified with Certificate in Horticulture or equivalent experience in a Maintenance Supervision role.

n

Solid practical knowledge of commercial landscape, ecological restoration and broad scale offset management techniques.

n

Experience in maintenance of storm water treatment systems, bushland reserves, parks and public open space reserves is desirable.

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n

Well-developed time management and organisational skills.

n

Hold current Chemical User

n

Certificate/ACUP

n
