Your Role

n

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for creating an outstanding experience while ensuring our workshop operates at maximum efficiency.

n

You'll:

n

n
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service from enquiry to vehicle collection
n
- Convert enquiries into bookings and maximise sales opportunities
n
- Recommend tyres,



servicing, brakes, suspension, alignments, and preventative maintenance solutions
n
- Identify additional repair opportunities in collaboration with our technicians
n
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair process with explicit and professional communication
n
- Schedule bookings to maximise workshop productivity and efficiency
n
- Prepare accurate quotes using Burson and Repco systems
n
- Process invoices, payments, and customer records accurately
n
- Help create a positive, energetic, and results-driven team culture
n
- Maintain high safety and operational standards
n

n

What You'll Bring

n

Experience as a Service Advisor, Automotive Sales Consultant, or within workshop operations

n

Strong automotive and tyre knowledge

n

Experience using Burson and Repco quoting systems (essential)

n

Certificate III in Light Vehicle Automotive (preferred)

n

A genuine passion for customer service and sales

n

Confidence identifying opportunities and recommending solutions

n

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

n

Strong organisational and computer skills

n

Current Australian Driver's Licence

n

Availability to work Saturdays
