Job Description

Hunter Recruitment Group, partnering with ADSSI Limited, is seeking a Senior Assessor for the Veterans' Home Care (VHC) program in Current South Wales. This office-based role uses clinical judgement to review care plans and ensure services align with DVA guidelines, supporting veterans to live independently at home.

You will review assessments, approve care plans, liaise with assessors and providers, manage approvals within set timeframes, and maintain records across Excel and DVA systems.
