Cross Promotions is growing, and we're on the hunt for a Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our Surfers Paradise-based team. We work across events, entertainment, and live experiences – so if you're part strategist, part creative, and fluent in Meta – we want to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who loves creating great content, gets excited by robust campaign results, and enjoys working across a diverse mix of brands. You'll be hands‐on, full of ideas, and happy to jump in wherever needed.

What you'll be doing:
n
Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across a range of brands.
n
Create content for digital, social, websites and EDMs.
n
Manage Meta campaigns from setup through to optimisation and reporting.
n
Work with designers, photographers and videographers to develop creative campaigns.
n
Write copy that connects with the audience.
n
Monitor performance and look for ways to improve results.
n
Keep websites and digital assets up to date.
n
Stay across trends, new platforms and fresh ideas.
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
Has experience with Meta Business Suite and Ad Manager.
n
Understands what makes content perform.
n
Has an eye for detail and creativity.
n
Can confidently brief creative teams and collaborate on visual content
n
Has a good understanding of basic website CMS or platforms (like Squarespace or WordPress)
n
Loves entertainment, events, and pop culture
n
Has at least 1 year's experience in a marketing or social media role
n
