About You

n

n
- Live in and can support our customers in Hawthorn, Kew, Templestowe, Doncaster, Blackburn, Camberwell and surrounding areas
n
- Hold an Australian Driver's Licence and own comprehensively insured car (no international licence/shared vehicles)
n
- Minimum 12 months of experience delivering personal care in aged care, disability, or hospital environments and/or completed a qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Home and Community Care
n
- Available to work a minimum of 6 hours per day within the hours of 8am – 6pm, ideally across 3–4 weekdays (some weekend rosters available)
n
- Commitment to our paid 2-week Brilliant @ Basics Training when you start
n
- Passionate about working in in-home care, with a focus on aged care
n

What We Offer

- $36.42 - $36.59 p/h + super
n
- Paid travel time + $1.33/km allowance + company phone
n
- Permanent part-time contracts: 30 – 50 hours per fortnight
n
- Stable hours with the chance to pick up additional shifts
n

Your Role

n

As a valued member of the team, you'll deliver high-quality,



person-centred care to older Australians in their homes.

- Personal care: showering, grooming, toileting and mobility support
n
- Medication assistance (where applicable)
n
- Domestic support: cleaning, laundry and meal preparation
n
- Social support and companionship
n
- Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
n

n

Domestic assistance will remain an important component of your role alongside your personal care responsibilities.
