Due to continued growth, we are looking for a HVAC Audit Technician to join our Melbourne Team

What will you be doing?

n

n
- Travelling to sites within the Melbournearea to conductsite asset life cycle, condition, risk, and replacement assessments
n
- Collectingkey asset informationacrossHVAC & BMSServices.
n
- Auditing individual assetsusing advanced technology
n
- Conveying collected audit data and key findings to relevant stakeholders - allowing strategic asset management
n
- Developing relationshipsand partnering with clients to achieve auditing outcomes.
n
- Identifying opportunities for potential repairs, upgrade works, refurbishments, and current business
n

What will you need to join the team?

n

n
- Trade Qualification- Cert III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration
n
- Hands on experiencewith repairs, emergency breakdowns and maintenance on a variety of HVAC/BMS assets in commercial backgrounds
n
- Ability to work within a team or autonomously
n




- Awesome communications skills- the ability to build excellent client relationships
n
- Proven track record of deliveringhigh quality outcomes
n
- Intermediate computer skillsto use our internally developed programs, as well as Microsoft Office package.
n
- The willingness to learn, as well as contribute your knowledge and skills to the team and company
n
