The Opportunity

n

We are seeking full-time Production Operator to join our manufacturing team at our Yandina wet plant facility.

n

In our wet plant, we produce premium ready-to-use renders, textures and protective coatings used to create durable, decorative finishes on homes and commercial buildings across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on role where you will build your skills through a structured training and competency program while working across our production plant.

n

Working Hours

n

Monday - Thursday, 5:00am-3:00pm.

n

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

n

Hourly Rate

n

This is a permanent full-time role starting at $31.27 per hour + super,



with opportunities to increase your hourly rate as your skills and competencies grow.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Preparing and weighing raw materials for production batches
n
- Mixing products using industrial mixers and automated systems
n
- Operating filling and packing equipment
n
- Conducting quality checks and recording production data
n
- Handling materials and replenishing stock to maintain production flow
n
- Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards across the plant
n

About You

n

n
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
n
- Positive and willing to learn
n
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
n
- Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25kg
n
- Safety-focused with positive attention to detail.
n
- LF forklift licence essential, along with a current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
- Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
n
