We're recruiting on behalf of a growing managed services provider entering an exciting phase of transformation and expansion across Brisbane. The business is now investing heavily in people, capability, and scale- with a clear strategy to rebuild and rapidly grow their local presence.

This is a high-impact role suited to a senior engineer who enjoys delivering end-to-end projects, shaping technical environments, and contributing to a more proactive, automated service model.

n

You'll play a key role in delivering complex infrastructure and cloud projects across a diverse client base, while also acting as a senior escalation point and mentor within the team.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead deployments across networking, cloud, and modern workplace technologies
n
- Own technical outcomes- ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
n
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and major incidents
n
- Drive continuous improvement across automation, monitoring, and process optimisation
n
- Collaborate with Project Managers, vendors, and internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes
n
- Mentor and uplift capability across L1-L3 engineers
n

n

Technical Workplace

n

Strong emphasis on networking with solid cloud and server capability, including:

n

n
- Networking: Fortinet (FortiGate / FortiStack), Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti (Unifi)
n
- Microsoft Stack: Azure, M365, Exchange, SharePoint
n
- Exposure to modern infrastructure, security frameworks, and hybrid cloud environments
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Proven experience delivering infrastructure or cloud projects within an MSP or enterprise environment
n
- Strong Fortinet and networking capability (highly regarded)
n
- Deep experience across Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, identity, modern workplace)
n




- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, evolving business
n
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
- A mindset focused on scalability, process improvement, and best practice
n
