You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, leading from the floor and helping deliver an outstanding guest experience every service.

About the Role

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will:
n
Lead and support the front-of-house team during service.
n
Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
n
Train, mentor, and develop team members.
n
Ensure compliance with food safety, liquor licensing, and workplace health and safety requirements.
n
Use your wine expertise to enhance the guest experience, recommend pairings, and assist with staff training.
n
Help drive sales and maintain operational excellence.
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager position.
n
Extensive wine knowledge and confidence in delivering great wine service and recommendations.
n
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
n
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A hands-on approach with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
n
A passion for hospitality, quality food, and outstanding customer service.
n
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
n
Current RSA certification.
