About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and passionate gardener with a solid foundation in garden maintenance. You'll be part of a close-knit team working across a variety of sites, maintaining beautiful gardens with care and attention to detail.

We're after someone who is proactive, reliable, and takes pride in their work. A keen eye for detail and a genuine love for gardening are essential.

Formal Garden Maintenance:

Informal Garden Maintenance:

- Mowing
n
- Weeding
n
- Pruning

- Lawn care

Irrigation:

- Repair
n
- Installation
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in gardening
n
- Current drivers licence
n
- At least a Certificate II tafe in Horticulture
n
- A current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
n
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
- Strong practical gardening skills
n
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to listen to client needs
n
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks across multiple projects
n
- Leadership experience or willingness to step up when needed
n
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality
n
- Willingness to help the team meet deadlines and share the workload
n
- Good knowledge of plant species
