The Role

n

Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you'll coordinate and deliver marketing activity across the business while helping strengthen the Plumboss brand.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Coordinating marketing campaigns and product launches
n
- Building brand awareness and end-user demand
n
- Creating marketing content and sales collateral
n
- Supporting reseller marketing initiatives
n
- Managing our marketing calendar and campaign delivery
n
- Briefing and coordinating our social media/content resource and offshore graphic designer
n
- Maintaining website, email and digital marketing activity
n
- Coordinating agencies and external suppliers
n
- Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
n
- Helping improve our marketing systems and processes
n

About You

n

You'll probably have experience as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Executive or Brand Coordinator and enjoy working across a wide variety of projects.

n

You'll also bring:

- Excellent organisation and project coordination skills

- Strong branding and creative judgement

- Experience coordinating marketing campaigns
n
- Digital marketing experience across websites, email and social media
n
- Commercial awareness and a practical mindset
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

What This Role Is

n

This is a hands‐on marketing role with genuine variety.

n

Some weeks you'll be planning campaigns and analysing results.

n

Other weeks you'll be producing sales collateral, coordinating product launches or supporting key commercial opportunities.

n

You'll have the opportunity to improve how Marketing operates while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day execution that helps drive business growth.

n

This role is based in the office in Glendenning Sydney, Monday - Friday.
