Australian Corporate Jet Centres (ACJC) is seeking motivated and reliable Casual Ground Handlers to join our Operations team at Essendon Fields. As a leading provider of corporate aviation services, ACJC supports a diverse range of private, charter, and corporate aircraft operations, delivering a premium experience for our clients, passengers, and crew.

This role is suited to someone who is passionate about aviation, enjoys working in a quick-paced operational environment, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Aircraft arrival and departure support, including marshalling, chocking, towing, and ground servicing
n
- Passenger assistance and luggage handling for corporate and private aviation clients
n
- Aircraft cleaning and presentation to a high standard
n
- Ramp safety activities and compliance with ACJC procedures
n
- Preparation of aircraft cabins and facilities prior to flights
n
- Supporting flight operations with ad-hoc operational requirements
n
- Coordinating with pilots, operations staff, and other service providers to ensure smooth aircraft movements
n
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach at all times
n

About You:

n

We are looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has a robust interest in aviation and aircraft operations
n




- Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
n
- Is comfortable working flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
n
- Has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
n
- Is physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions
n
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
n

Desirable Experience:

n

n
- Previous experience in aviation ground handling, airport operations, or customer service environments
n
- Experience working around corporate aircraft or FBO operations
n
- Current ASIC or the ability to obtain an ASIC
n
- Current driver's licence
n
- Previous experience with aircraft towing, marshalling, or aircraft servicing
n
