Job Description

As a Gaming Floor Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a vibrant, secure, and customer-focused environment across the gaming lounge. You'll be the first point of contact for our gaming patrons, providing support with machine operations, payouts, and ensuring a high standard of service is consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities

n

Deliver friendly, responsive, and respectful service to all gaming patrons

n

Monitor and attend to the gaming floor, including poker machines, TAB, and Keno

n

Process payouts and handle minor machine faults or issues

n

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and responsible gambling policies

n

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the gaming area

n

Report incidents, malfunctions, or suspicious behaviour promptly

n





Work collaboratively with security and other departments to ensure guest safety and satisfaction

n

About You

n

Previous experience in a gaming, hospitality, or customer service environment (preferred)

n

Professional, well-groomed appearance with a positive attitude

n

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure

n

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

n

Excellent attention to detail and a robust work ethic

n

Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, closing shifts and public holidays

n

Current RSA and RCG (Responsible Conduct of Gambling) certifications are mandatory
