We are currently seeking motivated individuals for Trainee Counter Hand positions within our Morisset, and Long Jetty branches.

n

- Starting Role: Trainee Trade Counter Salesperson
n
- Key Development: Extensive internal training across Sales, Operations, and Warehousing
n
- End Goal: Progression to Assistant Branch Manager and Branch Management positions and ultimately Senior Management role.

As part of your development, you'll be trained to:

n

n
- Trade and Retail Sales: Deliver exceptional over-the-counter customer service and technical product support to our trade and retail customers.
n
- Sales Processing: Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and invoicing accuracy.
n
- Warehousing & Logistics: Learn warehousing duties, including accurate goods receipt, stock rotation, and order pick/pack for delivery coordination.
n
- Operations: Learn to safely operate a forklift (training provided) and maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.
n
- Teamwork: Work closely with the Branch Manager and Assistant Branch Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
n
