Our QLD Glass Division, based in Narangba, has an exciting opportunity for a Production Assistant to join the team. This is a great entry-level role offering hands-on training, exposure to manufacturing operations, and long-term career pathways within a stable, well-established company.

About the Role

n

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys administration, customer interaction, and working as part of a supportive, close-knit team.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

n
- Answering phones, managing emails, and assisting with customer enquiries
n
- Processing customer orders and raising jobs in Oracle based on supplied drawings and specifications
n
- Liaising with customers to ensure accurate and complete information is received
n
- Using the LiSEC system to convert orders into production paperwork
n
- Assisting with batching and optimising production for factory operations
n




- Supporting the team to ensure smooth day-to-day workflow and communication
n

n

About You

n

Experience is not essential - we're looking for someone with the right attitude who is eager to learn and grow.

n

To be successful, you will have:

n

- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional approach
n
- Confidence in dealing with customers and internal team members
n
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
n
- Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
- A current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
- Experience with Oracle or LiSEC systems (desirable but not essential)
n
