On behalf of our client, a Global Energy Company, Brunel is presently sourcing a Procurement Analyst responsible for end-to-end procurement, sourcing and contract management activities, delivering commercial value whilst supporting safe, reliable and efficient operations. This is a maternity leave cover requirement for approx 6 months, based in the Brisbane CBD.

Description

- Manage sourcing, procurement and contract management activities
n
- Lead tender processes, commercial evaluations and supplier negotiations
n
- Develop sourcing strategies that optimise value and manage risk
n
- Administer contracts including extensions, variations, claims and close-out activities
n
- Monitor supplier performance across safety, quality, cost and delivery
n
- Provide procurement and commercial support to operational stakeholders
n
- Ensure compliance with Procurement Governance and Supply Chain Standards
n
- Maintain contract records and support continuous improvement initiatives
n

Profile

n

n
- Previous Procurement and Sourcing experience
n
- Experience within the Oil & Gas Energy sector will be advantageous, but not essential
n
- Confident commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills
n
- Previous SAP exposure will be received.
n
- Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Business, Law, Engineering,



Construction Management or similar is preferred, but not essential
n
- A confident and professional communicator who is approachable, supportive and team supportive
n
