Benefits This position is full-time (38 hours per week).

Salary per year - $79,000 – 82,000 plus Super Task & responsibilities The job description for a chef is as follows, and it is not an exhaustive list: Menu planning, estimating food and labour costs. Preparing and cooking menu items.

Training and supervision of apprentices and less experienced staff. Adhering to, explaining and enforcing of hygiene regulations.



Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.

Delegation of tasks to other team members. Supervise Cooks and assist as needed. Monitor food stock and place orders.
