We're seeking a energetic Head of Marketing to take the lead in driving two iconic Australian fashion brands – Cue and Veronika Maine - through a significant time of brand transition.

n

This is a 12-month contract with immediate start, perfect for a senior marketer ready to step in, take ownership, and make an impact. This role could absolutely transition to a permanent role for the right person if that is what they are looking for. Reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the Executive Leadership Team and overseeing the Marketing & Brand Creative teams - this role will be integral to owning the re-launch of 2 established brands to market, whilst also building the best BAU practises for the function to continue to streamline and grow.

You'll steer brand positioning, elevate customer engagement, and ensure our campaigns cut through in a competitive fashion retail market.

What you'll be doing

n

Build and deliver seasonal marketing plans and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.

n

Lead brand positioning, messaging & creative across all channels and customer touchpoints.

n

Partner cross-functionally with key focuses on Design, Retail, Planning & eCommerce to deliver an integrated GTM strategy.

n

Manage Marketing/Brand Creative Critical Path for campaigns, collateral, and all creative assets.

n





Build and maintain relationships with major retail partners and deliver joint marketing plan for the upcoming seasons (Myer, David Jones, centre groups)

n

Analyse competitors and trends to keep the brand ahead.

n

Seek to improve/streamline and re-template current processes to support cleaner rhythms & strong cross functional communication internally

n

Lead, coach and support small but mighty Marketing team – ensuring energy is focused in the right places for big bang

n

Manage and optimise the marketing budget in alignment with the CEO/CFO

n

About you

n

5+ years' experience in marketing leadership role within fashion, beauty or relevant omni retail environment.

n

Proven ability to deliver end-to-end campaigns, PR activities and omni retail marketing calendar that drive results.

n

Strong team leadership and collaboration skills.

n

Confident working across social, creative, digital, and retail marketing functions.

n

Experience relaunching brands will be highly regarded.

n
