Salary : $65,000 - $85,000 a year Located in the tree-lined hub of Bathurst NSW, The George Hotel offers a sophisticated and up-to-date pub experience that is rare to the local area. Their architecturally designed, boutique space boasts a light-filled front bar, relaxed pub dining, a cosy lounge and fireplace setting, private function areas and guest accommodation.

The George Hotel is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Chefs to join their team. Skills, Duties, and Responsibilities: Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine

n

Creativity and high presentation standards Ability to create dishes with consistency Skilled in preparing, seasoning,



and cooking food according to recipes

n

Ability to contribute to menu planning Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements Train and manage cooks and kitchen staff

n

Achieving all safety, hygiene and food quality Should be able to manage daily kitchen operations including ordering To be considered for the position you must possess the following:

n

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery Ability to excel in a high-volume, high-pressure environment

Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry Possess effective communication skills with an approachable manner.
