Salary: $200,000 package + bonus incentives

Start Date: March / April 2026

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the on-site delivery of a Defence construction project from commencement through to completion. You will be the driving force on a live site; overseeing every aspect of operations, supported by a dedicated and results-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and manage all on-site operations from mobilisation through to practical completion
n
- Implement and monitor Defence protocols within a live site
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth workflow and programme adherence
n
- Ensure compliance with WHSE requirements, quality standards and contractual obligations
n
- Proactively identify and resolve site issues before they become problems
n
- Manage site logistics, programming and sequencing of works
n
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional site conduct
n
- Oversee quality control, inspections and defect management
n
- Work collaboratively with Project Manager and Contract Administrator to support procurement, variations and project reporting
n
- Foster a positive, productive site culture that reflects Jordi Construct's values
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in construction, Defence and/or electrical experience favourable
n




- Strong technical knowledge and ability to read plans, specifications and manage construction processes
n
- Excellent leadership and people management skills - you know how to get the best from your trades
n
- Solution-focused mindset with the ability to think outside the box and on your feet
n
- Strong communicator who builds trust with clients, subcontractors and the team
n
- High safety standards and commitment to maintaining a compliant, well-run site
n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
n
- Someone who takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys being part of a team
