Job Description

AIA Health in Australia seeks Customer Experience Consultants to deliver high-quality service across member servicing, contact centre operations, and claims handling. Roles include perm and 6-month contracts, with adaptable working 3 days in office and 2 days WFH.

You will respond to member inquiries, process ancillary claims, update records in HAMBS and e5, and support retention efforts while maintaining SLA compliance.
