Job Description

Balboa Italian Palm Beach on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will operate across the boiler section, contribute to fresh pasta production, and uphold our high standards of Italian cuisine.

Reporting directly to the Head Chef, this full-time role requires 2–3 years in a skilled kitchen, strong pan cooking skills, and the ability to stay calm during high-volume service.
