About the Role

n

This is a customer-focused position where you'll work across both our retail and pawnbroking operations.

n





Every day you'll be meeting new people, assessing second-hand goods, negotiating purchases and loans, assisting customers with retail sales, and helping deliver outstanding customer experiences.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver exceptional customer service in-store and online
n
- Assess and value second-hand goods
n
- Negotiate purchases and pawnbroking loans
n
- Assist customers with retail sales and product enquiries
n
- Clean, price, tag and merchandise stock
n
- Maintain accurate records and complete data entry
n
- Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals
n
- Follow company procedures and compliance requirements
n

About You

Experience or knowledge of electronics, mobile phones, computers, gaming, tools, jewellery or other second-hand goods will be highly regarded but is not essential.

n

Previous experience in pawnbroking or second-hand buying is not required. We provide comprehensive training and welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, sales, customer service and other customer-facing industries.
