A-Line Group is a Tier 1 switchboard manufacturer delivering high-quality LV switchboards for major projects across Australia, including hospital and critical infrastructure work in Victoria & Queensland. Due to significant growth, we're expanding our Moorabbin manufacturing team.

About the Role

n

We're seeking an experienced Switchboard Electrician to step into a supervisory role on our factory floor. You'll lead a team of electricians, apprentices and trade assistants through the build, wiring and testing of custom switchboards, ensuring work is delivered on time, to specification and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Supervise and mentor a team of electricians, apprentices and trade assistants
n
- Oversee switchboard assembly, busbar installation, wiring and terminations
n
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, GA drawings and manufacturing specifications
n




- Coordinate workflow to meet production schedules and project deadlines
n
- Conduct quality inspections and point-to-point testing
n
- Ensure compliance with AS/NZS 61439 and site safety requirements
n
- Liaise with engineering, project management and QA teams
n

About You

n

n
- A Grade Electrical Licence (VIC)
n
- Extensive experience in switchboard manufacturing (LV essential)
n
- Previous experience leading or supervising a team
n
- Strong ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
n
- Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset
n
