Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Care Manager to lead our clinical team in a beautifully appointed aged care facility located just 2 hours outside of Melbourne.

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday only-giving you your weekends back to enjoy the incredible regional lifestyle, whether that means exploring the coast or the countryside.

n

Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality, resident-focused clinical care, manage a dedicated team of nurses and carers, and ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and support the clinical care team to deliver outstanding resident care.
n
- Oversee clinical assessments, care planning, and medication management.
n
- Ensure full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and participate in audit processes.
n
- Foster a collaborative, positive team culture and manage staff rostering/performance.
n
- Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and external medical professionals.
n

Key Requirements

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
n
- Proven leadership experience within an Australian Aged Care workplace (e.g., as a Care Manager, Clinical Coordinator, or ANUM).
n
- Deep understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
n
- A genuine passion for aged care and mentoring clinical staff.
n
