About the Role

n

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you'll play an important role in ensuring the safe,



efficient and high-quality production of our products.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Operating food manufacturing, processing and packaging equipment

n

Following safety procedures and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

n

Maintaining compliance with HACCP and GMP standards

n

Completing quality checks and production records using digital systems

n

Supporting production line operations across multiple areas

n

Participating in TPM and operational improvement activities

n

Working collaboratively within a diverse and supportive team environment

n

What We're Looking For

n

We're seeking team-oriented individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing workplace and take pride in producing quality products safely.

n

You will bring:

n

Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or food processing environments

n

A strong commitment to workplace safety

n

Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts

n

Flexibility to work across various production areas

n

Strong communication and teamwork skills

n

Good problem-solving and organisational abilities

n

Experience working with quality and production systems

n

Previous TPM experience (desirable but not essential)
