About the Role: We're seeking an experienced Management Accountant or Finance Business Partner to join a well-established community services organisation on an initial 3 to 6 month contract. You'll play a key role in a strategic project focused on reviewing and strengthening the funding model across the organisation's Children, Youth & Family Services portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead financial analysis to support the review and optimisation of the funding model across the Children, Youth & Family Services portfolio.
n
- Partner with operational leaders to understand service performance, funding outcomes and financial performance.
n
- Budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and scenario analysis.
n
- Prepare grant acquittals and support external reporting requirements.
n
- Develop KPI reporting and Power BI dashboards.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting.
n

About You:
We're looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner or Senior Management Accountant who understands the funding setting within government funded community services. To be successful, you'll bring:

- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and commercial financial analysis.
n
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with operational stakeholders.
n
- Practical experience working with government funding models, grants and funding acquittals.
n
- Previous experience within Children, Youth & Family Services is highly desirable. Experience across other government funded community services may also be considered.
n
- Power BI or similar business intelligence reporting experience will be highly regarded.
n

On Offer:

- $60 - $80 per hour + super, depending on experience.
