The Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated Estimating Cadet to join our Melbourne team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction estimating while learning from experienced industry professionals.

You'll gain hands‐on exposure to the full estimating lifecycle across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Assist in preparing tender submissions and cost estimates
n
- Review drawings, specifications and project documentation
n
- Support quantity take-offs and cost analysis
n
- Assist with subcontractor and supplier pricing
n
- Maintain estimating databases and documentation
n
- Work closely with the Estimating and Pre-Construction teams
n

About You

n

n




- Studying or recently completed a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
n
- Passion for numbers
n
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
n
- Good communication and organisational skills
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (or willing to learn)
n
- A genuine interest in construction and estimating
n
