About the role
n
As a key member of the Projects team, the Project Engineer will provide engineering oversight to all capital projects on site and ensure all engineering tasks are carried out efficiently and safely.

Main Tasks
n
- Oversee capital projects and provide periodic updates on all aspects of project engineering to the Project Management team.
n
- Ensure WHS compliance for all projects involving new equipment installations or plant modifications.
n
- Work with Project Management team in preparation of budgets for capital projects and ensure compliance to agreed project costs.
n
- Engage and work with external consultants/contractors to ensure the best possible outcome for capital projects,
where applicable.
n
- Work with Finance team and Maintenance Manager to develop yearly maintenance budget and ensure compliance.
n
- Process Engineering as part of New Process or New Project developments, in consultation with Project, Operations and Quality teams.
n
- Responsibility for provision of quality and engineering documentation.
n
About You
n
- Recognised engineering qualifications.
n
- 5+ years experience in process engineering, ideally within the agricultural, pharma or vet pharma industries.
n
- Strong knowledge of WHS policies and regulations.
n
- Strong knowledge of engineering software programs (CAD/Revit) and Microsoft Office.
n
- Capability to produce engineering documentation.
